The Ife-ooye Elegant Women Association’s Board of Trustees is ultimately responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the organisation. The board is accountable for everything we do, including deciding how the organisation is managed and run; setting our strategic direction; scrutinising membership intake, assessing the organisation’s performance; and supporting and empowering our executive team.
